The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. PRETTYPOP will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 24 HOURS after the confirmation.
All Item(s) should be send first and provided us with the tracking number before we refund.
Validity of the Return/Exchange Policy: 7 Calendar Days upon Parcel Receive
Request of replacement / exchange after the validity period is strictly not allowed.
All returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be unworn before they can be accepted for a replacement or exchange. For defect returns, if the defect in the product was caused by reasons other than materials quality, assembly process or no defect found after inspection, the original product will be returned to you.
